About
I started selling homes on the Westside in 2011. Since then I've represented buyers and sellers through three market cycles — the post-recession run-up, the pandemic frenzy, and whatever you'd call where we are now.
My clients are mostly second- and third-time buyers, people who've done this before and want someone who'll tell them when to walk away. I keep my list small on purpose — usually 8 to 12 active engagements at a time — because the trust I build with my clients is the whole product.
I work primarily in Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and Santa Monica. If your search is east of the 405, I'll happily refer you to someone better suited.

Approach
Most overpriced listings sit. I run a real comp set on every property, walk it with you in person, and tell you the number — not the number that sounds nice.
I prefer the right three buyers over the wrong three hundred. Pocket networks, targeted private showings, and a small network of agents I trust to ring first.
Every listing gets a single best-in-class photographer (Jake Hanson or Ben Nguyen). Every sale starts with the image. No phone snaps, no rushed twilight shoots.
I attend the inspection. I show up to the appraisal. I'm at the final walk. You don't need to wonder where the deal stands — I've been in the room.
