What Newmarket Edge
actually is.

This page is the plain-facts reference for the product — who it is for, what it does, what it costs, and where it is available. No pitch, no adjectives we cannot back up.

Newmarket Edge is an all-in-one AI operating platform for real estate agents. It replaces the usual stack of separate CRM, email, marketing, transaction and client-portal subscriptions with one connected system, and pairs it with a companion mobile app that the agent’s clients use throughout the transaction. Each agent gets a private AI assistant trained on their own expertise that answers clients around the clock, drafts replies in their voice, and delivers a morning brief and a nightly recap. It currently serves licensed real estate agents in California.

Who it is for

Licensed real estate agents in California — solo agents, top producers with an assistant, and small teams. Agent signup verifies a real California DRE license, so it is not open to the general public.

How it works

You connect the email you already use and import your contacts from whatever CRM you are leaving. From there the platform becomes the place you run the day: pipeline, inbox, transactions, documents and reporting on one screen, with your AI assistant working underneath all of it.

The agent side

A full CRM, inbox integration, transaction and vendor coordination, a document hub, e-signature, expense and mileage tracking, a meeting recorder, market analysis and CMAs, and a web command center that shows the whole business at a glance.

The client side

Your clients get a mobile app branded to you. They run saved searches, get listing alerts, compare homes side by side, follow escrow milestones in real time, sign documents in one tap, and message you directly.

The AI assistant

Private to each agent and trained on that agent’s own expertise — neighborhoods, contracts, the questions they answer every week. It replies to clients 24/7, drafts everything for one-tap approval, and never sends anything client-facing without the agent’s say-so.

Collaborative search

Buyers and their agent search together rather than in parallel. Filters the agent sets carry through to the client, so nobody re-enters the same criteria and the agent can see what the buyer is actually reacting to.

Transactions

Contingencies, milestones and documents move with each deal. Vendors get a one-tap status link by email — no login and no app install — and vendor emails are parsed onto the timeline automatically.

Email and communication

Connect Gmail, Outlook or a brokerage IMAP mailbox. Threads are categorized to the right lead, client or transaction, replies are pre-drafted in your voice, and only the messages that genuinely need you are surfaced.

Marketing

Listing descriptions, market updates and follow-up campaigns are drafted by your assistant in your tone. A hosted public agent website with IDX listings and lead capture is available as a separate add-on, discounted for members.

Expenses

Expense tracking and automatic mileage capture, structured for the way the IRS actually treats real estate deductions — so the numbers hold up at tax time instead of being reconstructed in April.

Integrations

Gmail, Outlook and IMAP for email. DocuSign for signing. Stripe for billing. CRMLS listing data via Trestle, and ATTOM for public records. Contacts import from a CSV or Excel export of virtually any CRM.

Pricing and availability

Three tiers — Pro at $199 a month, Elite at $299, Edge at $399 — with no setup fee on any of them and roughly two months free on annual billing. Available to licensed agents in California.

Questions

What is Newmarket Edge?

Newmarket Edge is an all-in-one AI operating platform for real estate agents. It combines a CRM, email, marketing, transaction management, documents and e-signature into one system, adds a private AI assistant trained on the agent’s own knowledge, and gives the agent’s clients a companion mobile app branded to them.

Who is Newmarket Edge for?

Licensed real estate agents — solo agents, top producers working with an assistant, and small teams. Signup verifies a real California DRE license.

Is Newmarket Edge a CRM?

It includes a full CRM, but calling it a CRM undersells it. A CRM stores contacts and waits for you. Newmarket Edge also runs the email, the transactions, the documents, the marketing and the client-facing app, and the AI assistant acts on all of it.

What makes it different from other real estate software?

Two things. It is one connected system rather than five subscriptions that do not talk to each other, and it is two-sided — the agent’s clients get their own app, so the platform is something the client experiences rather than back-office software the client never sees.

How much does Newmarket Edge cost?

Three tiers: Pro at $199 per month, Elite at $299 per month, and Edge at $399 per month. There is no setup fee on any tier, and annual billing saves roughly two months.

Where is Newmarket Edge available?

California. The platform is built around California MLS data, DRE licensing and California-specific tools, so it is deliberately deep in one state rather than shallow across fifty.

Does Newmarket Edge have a mobile app?

Two. Agents get an iOS app for running their business, and their clients get a separate companion app for their side of the transaction. The agent also has a full web command center.

Can I import my existing CRM?

Yes. Contacts import from a CSV or Excel export of virtually any CRM, with automatic field mapping and dedupe.

Does the AI send things without me?

No. Anything client-facing that carries the agent’s name is drafted for one-tap approval. The agent stays in control of what goes out.
