One of us grew up inside the business as the son of a working California agent — two decades of watching the job from the inside before writing a line of code for it. The other is a licensed agent with a degree in real estate, who checked every workflow in this platform against the way the job is actually done.
We have been friends since we were nine. That is why the product feels lived-in rather than researched, and it is why we build for California first: the disclosures, the DRE rules and the contract patterns here are specific, and we would rather be right in one state than approximate in fifty.
