For California agents

The whole stack.
One honest price.

Most agents run their business on fifteen-plus subscriptions, three logins deep, with setup fees and year-long contracts in the fine print. We put all of it in one platform — and we tell you exactly what it costs, right here, in plain numbers.

Trap 01

The quote-gate

You can't find a price without a sales call, so they size up your commission volume before naming one. What you're quoted depends on how much they think you can pay.

Us: every price is on our pricing page. The number is the number.

Trap 02

The rental trap

Pay thousands to "build" a site and you’re renting a proprietary layout — cancel, and it goes dark. You can’t move it to your own hosting. The design money is gone.

Us: no build fee, and what you run is yours to keep.

Trap 03

The 12-month lock-in

Sign up, realize it isn't generating deals in month two, and you still owe the rest of the year. Lock-in is the industry's way of hiding weak results.

Us: month-to-month. If we stop earning our keep, you leave. That keeps us honest.
