Privacy in summary

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our real estate platform: contact details (email, phone if provided), the inputs you enter into our tools, lead-form responses, agent profile data, and usage analytics. We never sell user data. We share lead information only with the verified California-licensed real estate agent the user is matched to or has signed up to work with.

All Newmarket Edge tools and calculators are for informational purposes only and are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Estimates may differ from actual results. We make no warranty as to accuracy and disclaim all liability for decisions made in reliance on this information. Consult a licensed California real estate agent and a CPA before any real transaction.

Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (nme_lead_session) to remember signed-in tool users for 30 days so they don't have to re-sign-up on every visit. We use no third-party tracking cookies on the marketing site.

California CCPA

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete that information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell data, so this is automatic). To exercise these rights, email privacy@newmarketedge.com.

Unsubscribe / Do-not-contact

Email unsubscribe@newmarketedge.com with "STOP" in the subject. We process opt-outs same-day and add your address to our suppression list.
