Every Newmarket Edge plan includes a real estate agent website on your own domain: your bio, the homes you have sold, your local guides, and a form that drops every lead straight into your CRM. Before you pay anything, here is exactly what “yours” means with us, piece by piece.
Your words, your photos, your leads and your client list are yours from the first day. After 90 paid days, the website is yours too, and it leaves with you if you do.

- Every lead from the site lands in your CRM, next to the client’s emails, deals and documents.
- Elite ($299) and Edge ($399) add live MLS listing search (IDX) and an AI chat that answers visitors around the clock in your voice; what it captures lands in your Leads tab.
- A website interview with our in-house design team, and the site live within 14 business days of it.

Leave before 90 paid days and the website stays with Newmarket Edge; your content, leads and client list are still yours to export. To take the site with you, email support@newmarketedge.com.
What stays with us
Owning your website is not the same as owning our software, and we would rather say so now. The Newmarket Edge agent app, the WayHome app your clients use, your AI assistant and the live MLS listing feed are part of the subscription. If you leave, you take the website, your content and your client list; the apps and the AI stay with the subscription.
Why we wrote it down
You should not have to read a contract twice to know whether your website is yours. So the rule is in our terms, in plain words, with the number of days on it, and you can read section 4A before you start a trial.

The honest limitation
The website is part of the subscription for its first 90 paid days. If you cancel before then, the site stays with us (your content and client list do not). And on Pro the site has no live MLS listings; IDX starts at Elite.
What it costs

Questions
Do I own my real estate agent website with Newmarket Edge?
Your content, leads and client list are yours from the first day. The website itself is yours to take with you after 90 days of paid subscription; trial days do not count. That is section 4A of our terms.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
After 90 paid days, email support@newmarketedge.com and the site goes with you. Before 90 paid days, the site stays with Newmarket Edge, but your content and client list are still yours to export from Account Settings.
Is the website included, or is it an add-on?
Included on every plan, Pro ($199), Elite ($299) and Edge ($399), with no setup fee. There is no separate website charge.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every plan connects the site to your own domain; it is not a page on newmarketedge.com.
Does the website show MLS listings?
On Elite and Edge, yes: live MLS listing search (IDX). On Pro the site has your bio, sold homes, guides and lead capture, but no live listings.
How long does it take to build?
You do a website interview with our design team, and the site is live within 14 business days of it.
Can I buy just the website without the platform?
Not today. The website comes with a plan; standalone web design is not sold separately.
What do I not take with me?
The apps and the AI. The Newmarket Edge agent app, the WayHome client app, your AI assistant and the live MLS feed are the subscription. The website, your content and your client list are what you own.
Your name on the site. Your clients in the CRM. Your website, after 90 paid days.
